Henk Janssen

Henk Janssen (1965) started in 2003 an independent corporate finance boutique and founded Charter Real Estate and Nordic Investments
together with Franklin Douwes in 2006, achieving his goal to be able
to offer exclusive and most of all profitable investment properties.

After finishing his Law studies, Henk Janssen gained extensive
experience in the banking industry. In particular in the field of corporate finance, focusing on M & A, capital market transactions and complex financing structures.

He obtained a solid base for his current work in his last position as
a director of corporate finance with KBC Securities in Amsterdam.
Henk also worked as an initiator of various private equity and
property structures.
