Ylva Swartling

Ylva Swartling (1951) is Swedish by birth and lived in Italy until her sixteenth. She studied Dutch law at the University of Utrecht. After 15 years of legal practice, including ten years as a partner with Bierman Lawyers, she studied business administration. After working as a contract negotiator for selling and/or leasing of aircrafts with Fokker Aircraft Ylva joined Thomassen International as legal counsel.

Thereafter she held various management functions with Shell Global Solutions and Shell Legal Compliance. Ylva is an international contract law specialist. She has extensive experience with sales of capital goods and providing of technical services. Furthermore she has expertise in tendering, procurement, negotiating and concluding contracts for construction of large scale petrochemical plants and factories.

Working on the projects of Charter Real Estate Ylva will fully benefit from her Swedish back ground and professional experience.
