This project concerns the purchase of a plot of land with an obsolete office building, demolishing the building and subsequent construction of 73 apartments. The location is just outside the city centre in the increasingly popular neighbourhood of Midsommarkransen.
 
Especially young professionals and students favour Midsommarkransen due to the presence of a university, an art academy and growing numbers of IT related business.
 
The one and two bedroom apartments will be offered in the middle price segment of the market. The old building has in the mean time been demolished and construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2012.
